Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy techniques provided as part of Massage Therapy treatment at Pelham Massage Therapy & Osteopathy Clinic in Fonthill, Ontario.

We are excited to introduce Craniosacral Therapy (CST) techniques at Pelham Massage Therapy & Osteopathy Clinic in Fonthill, Ontario, now available with Allison Noble, RMT.

Allison brings over 20 years of hands-on experience to her practice and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 post-graduate training in Craniosacral Therapy. She is pleased to incorporate these subtle, light-touch techniques into her Registered Massage Therapy treatments.

What Is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach using light contact around key areas, including the head, neck, spine, and sacrum.

Unlike massage techniques that focus on deeper pressure or active soft tissue manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy offers a calm and quiet treatment experience. It is an ideal option for individuals who prefer a lighter touch or are seeking a deeply relaxing session.

What Does a Session Feel Like?

During a session incorporating Craniosacral Therapy, you remain comfortably clothed while your therapist uses gentle hand placements and subtle sustained contact.

Many clients choose CST simply because they enjoy the restful, quiet nature of the treatment. At Pelham Massage Therapy & Osteopathy Clinic, every session is individualized based on your personal health history, comfort preferences, and wellness goals.

Treatment Options Available with Allison Noble, RMT

Because CST is integrated within Registered Massage Therapy care, your session can be tailored entirely to your preference:

  • 45-Minute Massage Therapy (with Craniosacral Techniques): A focused, gentle 45-minute treatment incorporating light-touch CST work.

  • 60-Minute Massage Therapy (with Craniosacral Techniques): A full-length session allowing extra time for dedicated CST techniques.

  • 60-Minute Combination Session: A balanced appointment featuring approximately 30 minutes of massage therapy combined with 30 minutes of Craniosacral Therapy techniques.
