Courtney Pettitt M.OMSc., CSEP-CPT

OSTEOPATHIC MANUAL PRACTITIONER (OSTEOPATH),

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Courtney Pettitt is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (Osteopath) at Pelham Massage Therapy & Osteopathy Clinic in Fonthill, Ontario. She provides individualized osteopathic care for clients in Pelham and throughout the Niagara Region, using gentle, hands-on techniques to support mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Courtney’s passion for health and wellness has been with her throughout her life. A competitive soccer and ringette player from an early age — and now a national-level ringette referee — she continues to stay active both on and off the ice.

Before discovering osteopathy, Courtney completed a diploma in Health, Wellness & Fitness and earned her personal training certification through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. For over 13 years, she has worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, helping clients reach their goals and build healthier lifestyles.

Courtney first discovered osteopathy through her own injuries in 2019, which sparked a deeper interest in the body, movement, and the relationships between different areas of the body. Inspired to expand her knowledge, she began her osteopathic studies in 2021.

Today, Courtney combines her extensive background in movement and fitness with the principles of classical osteopathy. Her treatments are tailored to each client and may focus on areas of tension, restriction, mobility, posture, and overall function.

Courtney enjoys working with clients of different ages and stages of life and takes the time to understand each person's individual concerns and goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Courtney on the ice, coaching, refereeing, or enjoying the gym with her husband — always staying true to her lifelong love of an active, healthy life.
