Courtney Pettitt M.OMSc., CSEP-CPT
Osteopathic manual practitioner, certified personal trainerCourtney’s passion for health and wellness has been with her her entire life. A competitive soccer and ringette player from an early age — and now a national-level ringette referee — she continues to stay active on and off the ice.
Before discovering osteopathy, she completed a diploma in Health, Wellness & Fitness and earned her personal training certification through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. For over 13 years, she has been working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, helping clients reach their goals and build healthier lifestyles.
Courtney first found osteopathy through her own injuries in 2019, which sparked a deeper curiosity about the body’s innate ability to heal and regulate itself. Inspired to expand her knowledge, she began her osteopathic studies in 2021 and is now dedicated to helping others restore balance and ease through gentle, hands-on treatment.
Today, Courtney combines her extensive background in movement and fitness with the principles of classical osteopathy to support her clients’ unique health journeys. She believes in empowering each person to reconnect with their body’s natural capacity for self-healing.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Courtney on the ice, coaching, refereeing, or enjoying the gym with her husband — always staying true to her lifelong love of an active, healthy life.
